Fidelity Bank set for massive deployment of ATM

Customers of Fidelity Bank Plc can now have a new lease of life following the bank’s planned massive deployment of multiple Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) to strategic locations across the country in the next couple of weeks.

The bank has mapped out an ambitious territorial plan that would ensure the effective coverage of Nigerian cities from coast to coast with ultra-modern ATM in strategic points.

Immediate targets for the installation of the Fidelity ATM are popular shopping malls, filling stations, popular restaurants and fast food joints, cinemas, conference centers, stadiums, clubs, public arenas squares and all important places where people gather across the country for major events.

This development is part of the bank’s aggressive customer satisfaction drive that is intended to rid the banking halls of long queues  and bring quality hi-tech services closer to the teeming customers of the bank.

General Manager, Consumer Banking, Mrs. Yvonne Isichei said she was optimistic that the massive ATM deployment campaign would bring relief to the bank’s numerous customers and redirect attention back to the emerging ATM culture.

“The deployment is a major component of our Service Excellence culture. At Fidelity Bank, we strive to delight our customers with quality, innovative services that make the transaction process pleasurable. That is why we have taken time to identify strategic sites for our ATMs. We are always single-minded about customer satisfaction”, Mrs. Isichei explained.

According to her, they had also evolved a customer loyalty scheme that would popularize the use of ATM among Nigerians. The scheme, she said, is designed to encourage ATM card holders to make all withdrawals from the machine.

“The scheme is a customer reward scheme that offers something back to any ATM card holder who makes an average withdrawal of N50,000 from the machine per month. With this initiative, everybody is a winner”, Mrs. Isichei said.
