Fidelity Mobile Banking

Fidelity Mobile Banking gives you access to your account whenever and wherever using your mobile phone. With Fidelity Mobile you can do the following transactions:

  • Check Account Balance
  • Print Mini Statement
  • Stop Cheque
  • Request for a Cheque Book
  • Confirm Cheque
  • View Cheques in Clearing.
  • Fidelity Mobile supports SMS, Java and WAP technologies allowing compatibility for all models of GSM phones.Mobile Phones that support Java and WAP, can run the easy to use java menu based version which is very user friendly

For phone that don’t support Java and WAP, there is also the SMS command option.

How to Use

Customers can send any of the SMS commands listed below
to perform a transaction.

First send the SMS command to change your PIN:
CP#NEWPIN#OLDPIN

Wait for the success message

Check your balance by sending:
BAL#ACCOUNTNO#PIN

Confirm a cheque by sending:
CF#DATE#CHQNO#AMT#BENEFICIARY#ACCTNO#PIN

Request a new cheque book by sending:
CBR#ACCTNO#NOLEAFLETS#PIN

Obtain mini statements by sending:
HIS#ACCTNO#PIN

The commands above should be sent to the GSM NO:234-8037147795

Note:

  1. NEW PIN’ is your customized PIN which can be in letters (abeg), numbers (2354) or combination of both (alpha numeric i.e a2g4).

    a. Ensure you choose a PIN that you can remember easily (or with a clue).
    b. Avoid using easily decodable PINs like birthdays of yourself or your loved ones

  2. Your NEW PIN must be the same number of digits as the OLD PIN (a default PIN) which this will be advised to you by either your account officer or another officer of the Bank

  3. Ensure you change your PIN before you use the service.

To subscribe for this service, simply walk into any of our Fidelity Bank Branches, fill, complete the Fidelity Mobile Application form.

Fidelity Transaction Alerts

Receive SMS and Email notifications whenever your account is debited or credited. Fidelity Transaction Alert is a very convenient way to keep track of transactions on your accounts. Customers no longer need to call account officers to confirm payments and balances on accounts. Fidelity Transaction Alerts supports multi-subscribers, allowing joint account holders and corporate customers to be alerted whenever transactions occur on their accounts.

Registration for this service is easy, simply walk into any of our Fidelity Bank Branches, fill, complete the Fidelity Transaction Alerts application Form.
