Answer: Yes. Just go to the customer service desk in any of our branches and request for the service. You will be required to fill a request form after which a PIN mailer will be made available to you within 24-48 hours in the branch from which you request originates
Question: Do I get charged when I request for an ATM?
Answer: You are charged N630 only for a new ATM card.
Question: What do I do when I use another bank’s ATM card and my account is debited even though the machine did not dispense cash?
Answer: Report the case to your branch immediately. You would usually get a refund within 5 working days
