Fidelity e-Pay

The Fidelity e-Pay Solution is a web based solution that facilitates direct and third party payments. It provides a central platform for payment of salaries to employees of organization (payroll administration) and payment to contractor/supplier (e-cheque) with the various authorizations and approvals in place.

This allows your organization’s account to be debited while the recipients’ accounts will be credited automatically while also updating all relevant records real time. An audit trail with comprehensive reporting facility that the system provides furnishes the Account unit with requisite information.

Fidelity Payroll Solution also enables third party payments such as management bills – PHCN, telephone bill, water bills, DSTV bills on behalf of your institution or individual salary recipient.

The basic feature and capabilities of our solution is highlighted in the following areas of collections, payments, trade sales, liquidity management and reporting.

1.Payments

Your accounts in Nigeria will be linked together by Fidelity Bank’s Electronic Banking System- Fidelity Portal. Authorized users irrespective of country of domicile of approvers will be able to move funds among group accounts and make payments to suppliers.

Fidelity Portal delivers functionalities which will effortlessly facilitate:-
•Payment of staff salaries from the comfort of your office.
•Payment to vendors/suppliers and other third parties from the comfort of your office.
•Accept payment instructions from other internal processing systems such as ERPs, SunSystems, Human Resources packages such as Human Manager, and other applications.
•Monitor and authorize payments from remote locations.
•Remit Pension contributions on behalf of all your staff.
•Send associated schedules to PFAs, PFCs, HMOs, etc automatically as payment is being effected.
•Trace and investigate payments made.

How it works:

a)E-Cheque: This is an instruction to transfer a specified sum to a supplier/contractor or any other 3rd party account from any of your accounts. Under e-Cheque, you will be entitled to perform the following activities:

•e-Cheque to Suppliers and any other 3rd Party.
•Email notification to fund recipients.
•Issue Standing Orders.
•Generate Management Reports.
•View Comprehensive Audit Trails and Activity Logs.

b)Payroll Remittance: This is a bundled service which will entitle your organization to enjoy the following:

•Remit funds from your corporate account in our bank to employee accounts in the same or any other bank.

•Remit Pension contributions to respective PFA and submit Pension contribution schedules to PFAs and PFCs.

•Remit National Health Insurance (NHIS) contributions to respective Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs) and Submit Health Insurance Schedules to HMOs.

•Remit PAYE taxes to appropriate Boards of Inland Revenue and submit supporting tax schedules to the appropriate tax authorities.

•Remit deductions or contributions to special dedicated accounts such as staff cooperatives or staff insurance premiums and submit supporting schedules to relevant bodies.

•Remit deductions or contributions to the National Housing Fund and submit supporting schedules to the relevant mortgage institutions.

•Email notification to each employee.
